This Privacy Policy explains how Inventiv Brands LLC ("Inventiv Brands," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with inventivbrands.com, our parent-company website. By using this site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This policy covers inventivbrands.com only. Our four brands — iVUE Camera, RecorderGear, Inventiv Products, and PenRecorderPro — operate their own storefronts separately on Shopify, and each maintains its own privacy policy covering the information collected during browsing, checkout, and order fulfillment on those sites. If you've placed an order with one of our brands, that brand's own privacy policy governs your order information, not this one.
If you use our contact form, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, the reason for your inquiry (product support, wholesale, press, or general), and your message. We collect this to respond to you — we don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to do that.

We do not currently combine this technical data with your name or contact details unless you separately submit them through our contact form.
We do not collect payment or financial information on this site. Inventivbrands.com does not process orders or payments directly — see the note above about our brand storefronts.
We use the information from our contact form to answer your question, resolve a support issue, or follow up on a request.
If you tell us you're interested in carrying our brands, we use your information to evaluate and follow up on that opportunity.
We look at aggregate usage data — which pages get visited, how people navigate the site — to understand what's working and what isn't, and to keep the site fast, secure, and easy to use.
We may use or disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, or protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users and the public.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
This site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to the information submitted through our contact form is limited to Inventiv Brands personnel and the service providers listed below, each of whom is only permitted to use it to help us operate the site or respond to you. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect what we collect.
We keep contact-form submissions as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and for our own business records — generally no longer than a few years — after which they're deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see "Your rights and choices" below).
Only personnel and service providers who need it to do their jobs — responding to inquiries, maintaining the site, evaluating partnership requests — have access to the information you submit.
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. Unlike our brand storefronts, this site has no account login or shopping cart, so our own use of cookies is minimal.
We may use cookies or similar technology from analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site traffic and usage patterns. These cookies don't identify you personally. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings — doing so won't break this site, since none of its core functionality (browsing, reading, using the contact form) depends on cookies.

We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we link to, and we encourage you to review each one's policy independently before sharing information there.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we've inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below.

Note that we may need to retain certain information where required for legal, accounting, or security reasons even after a deletion request.

If that changes in the future, any marketing email will include a way to opt out, and you're always welcome to ask us directly to stop contacting you for anything other than an active conversation you've started.
